Captain is one of the four constant inhabitants of Piszkéstető Mountain Station. Although she (as all of the constant inhabitants) had been spayed, she will be refereed to as a "she" for pietous reasons. At this point, probably it is prudent to mention that all of the so called "constant inhabitants" are cats. She is also known as Cat #2 and Cirmi #1. Obviously, the only name she responds to is Cat #2. Well, that is not entirely true. If called Cirmi #1, she gives you a "who the hell would call a cat Cirmi"-look. Probably that counts as a response.
Almost every species has an irrational fear of the dark. But they're wrong. Because it's not irrational. Her only purpose is to scare the hell out of the observers. Especially at foggy, dark nights, when you just gave up for that day and go out to power down the telescope... and then... all of the sudden, a pair of glowing eyes appears in the light of your flashlight... and you just die inside a little. Just to be precise, there is a cat attached to that pair of eyes. Well, so far, there always has been.
Also, she really likes to fly. Try it out sometimes.
